The Americas Corporate Social Responsibility Team, in conjunction with Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF) recently led our third Black Leadership Development Program cohort in Atlanta. This program is designed to celebrate our Black and African American high performers from across the organization. Twenty Black employees along with Americas CEO Jim Bailey and Americas SBU COO Bryan Ireton gathered for three days of face-to-face learning, networking, and celebration of their accomplishments.
