It is always exciting and there is never a dull moment as I learn so much every day from my smart peers and colleagues.” More about this picture: “My husband and I used to be avid backpackers prior to parenthood. We would travel extensively and loved getting lost in the mountains for days. Our daughter Saya spent her very first birthday last year on a Skype call due to the pandemic. As she turned two this summer, we wanted to do something special and chose to introduce her to adventuring. This picture was taken at Lake MacDonald of Glacier National Park and the toughest part of the whole trip was dragging her off this cold lake! She grew up so fast in those few days as we explored and hiked the parks. She handled it like a champ."
