    How Citi Is Continuing To Level Set Equal Pay For Employees And Businesses

    Last week, Citi announced the launch of a $150 million Impact Fund that will make equity investments in businesses that are making a social impact, with a focus on women and minority business owners. This announcement coincides with the release of their annual pay transparency report, which showed a 2% improvement in closing the raw pay gap for Citi employees.
