Last month, DHI Financial Services hosted all our newest leaders at the corporate office in Austin for 3 days of training, executive presentations, discussions on DHI culture, and networking! Our recently promoted leaders learned from senior leaders on topics ranging from recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to leadership, delegation, and management. It was a great time of growth, motivation, and inspiration for everyone! We can't wait to see how all these new ideas are implemented!
