When Aisling Lynch was studying at the University of West Florida, she didn’t know that a few years later she would end up right across the street—at Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company that develops filtration and purification solutions. Vanessa Lin, MBA, CPCC began her career in professional services almost 20 years ago. Starting out, she didn’t talk much and usually hid behind her work. Now, Vanessa manages a team of solution architects at Esko for North America and Latin America. Sophia Alvarez had never worked in aerospace before joining Pall Aerospace—but that hasn’t slowed her down. Because of Danaher’s commitment to developing talent, and with the support of her team, Sophia is learning all she needs to thrive as a Strategic Sales Account Manager. Omara Williams has long been interested in combining science and software, particularly in the realm of continuous inkjet (CIJ) printing. So when Linx Printing Technologies asked her to implement the Agile processes she excelled at with a previous company, she couldn’t turn them down. But her contributions to Linx didn’t stop there. Now, in addition to a scrum master, she’s also a software manager. And when a problem crops up, her teammates know where to turn.
