Our #PriserSpotlight for this month is Alex, Senior .NET Developer on our DevOps team. What do you do at Dataprise? I support and enhance our internal tool, JMS, and its auxiliary services. Since I joined Dataprise last October, I have been working on its IT Service Management (ITSM) integration with our clients. What keeps you motivated? Learning new things while working my way through completing a task. Also, knowing that the work I do not only helps Dataprise as an organization but our clients as well. Why work at Dataprise? There's lots of potential for growth and support from leadership. Plus, there's a genuine concern for the welfare of employees, which is particularly meaningful during these challenging times.

Diana has been with Dataprise for about 18 months – starting on our Sales team as a Sales Coordinator and recently moving into an exciting new role within the Marketing department as our Project and Program Specialist. During her time at Dataprise, she is regularly praised by her peers and is always willing to lend a hand to others. She is taking on her new position responsibilities seamlessly and goes above and beyond the day in and day out!

Our #PriserSpotlight for this month is Lori, Service Delivery Coordinator on our Managed Services team. What do you do at Dataprise? I help manage and coordinate the schedules of most of our customer-facing engineers; ensuring that staff utilization is maximized, contracts are fulfilled, and emergency resources are assigned expediently. What keeps you motivated? Feedback from my team and the clients we take care of. Nothing makes me happier than knowing I’ve made a difference or had a positive impact on someone else’s day. Why work at Dataprise? The culture. This is the healthiest work environment I’ve ever known, and leadership protects that by providing a safe space for feedback and communication. I do not feel like another cog in the machine, I am a part of something bigger because growth is highly encouraged and fostered here.

I assist clients onsite as well as remotely with their user environment. This can involve anything from server deployments, line-of-business applications, user computers, as well as promoting a welcoming face to the client. The end goal: have a client see that we're not an IT company, but an MSP that offers IT services. What keeps you motivated? Knowing that IT is ALWAYS changing, which means every day you can have something to do, something to overcome, and someone to impress. Why work at Dataprise? Dataprise is a company that is open to change, open to opinions/ideas, and open to improving the skills of their employees. It is the perfect workplace where the quote I live by is expressed, "Life is not about finding yourself, life is about creating yourself," and I am creating part of me every day here at Dataprise!
