Our #PriserSpotlight for this month is Susan, a Service Desk Engineer on our Technical Engineering Center. What do you do at Dataprise? I assist our clients daily with a multitude of different technical issues. From smaller requests such as password resets to bigger requests such as network issues or troubleshooting sync issues - I do it all! What keeps you motivated? Knowing that the company cares about its employees, and appreciates everything we do for our clients, as well as my team. My team has my back and helps me to resolve issues when I need help. Why work at Dataprise? Dataprise is a company that puts employees first and makes sure that providing great service is a priority. Also, Dataprise is very diverse and accepting of all cultures. Overall, it is an extremely positive environment and I take pride in this company and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in working for us!

Our #PriserSpotlight for this month is Ankit, Network Architecture & Security Engineer on our Technical Engineering Center! What do you do at Dataprise? As a Network Security Engineer I assist our clients with provisioning, deployment, configuration, and administration of many different pieces of network and security-related hardware and software. These include firewalls, routers, switches, various network-monitoring tools, and virtual private networks (VPNs). What keeps you motivated? Tackling complex and challenging problems is a motivating factor for me. I often enjoy providing advice and assistance to help others deal with complicated issues. Why work at Dataprise? Our #PriserSpotlight for this month is Cindy, a Service Desk Coordinator on our Technical Engineering Center. What do you do at Dataprise? I am the initial point-of-contact for customers and their technical issues. All of which may arrive via telephone, email, chat, or voicemail. I also escalate issues to the appropriate teams and resolve incidents. And lastly, I provide continuous ticket status information to ensure customer satisfaction. What keeps you motivated? Being there for our customers and my teammates. I am the first contact that the customer will have when interfacing with IT, so I want to make sure that I always give out a great first impression of who we are as a company. Also, being there for my team because good communication plays a vital role in quickly resolving any technical issues that our customers may have. Why work at Dataprise? I started with the internship program here at Dataprise which helped me develop valuable skills in my new role as a Service Desk Coordinator. Dataprise continues to be a safe environment where I can continue to gain valuable experience

I am one of the first lines of defense in the Dataprise arsenal. I create a customer service experience (aka the warm-fuzzy) mixed with technical expertise to provide our clients the best IT support experience possible. What keeps you motivated? My motivation is driven by my knack for always wanting to know more and to know that today I was a part of a solution. It brings me nothing but great joy when I hear that heartfelt “Thank you” from my customers, my colleagues, and my management team(s). Why work at Dataprise? Dataprise has been the place to work for me because I feel respected, I’m recognized for my contributions, and every single day is a learning experience.
