Gender goes beyond what we look like or how we behave. It’s a deep internal sense of who you are and how you express that externally doesn’t always match with the sex you were born with. For those who identify as neither male nor female, assumptions made around their gender identity are not always correct, and misgendering (using incorrect pronouns while talking or referring to another) can be hurtful and alienating. In this film some of our colleagues share their view on the use of personal pronouns. #EveryonesWelcome #Pride #LGBT #LGBTPride #pronouns #genderidentity

International Women’s Day 2021 is a brilliant opportunity to celebrate how far women have come – in our societies and communities, in our careers, and in ourselves, whilst simultaneously recognising the opportunity to keep challenging in order to achieve true gender equality. #LifeatDLG #IWD2021 #internationalwomensday #choosetochallenge #diversity #inclusion
Javeriyah, a Systems Engineer, from our Green Flag team reflects on her proudest moment at DLG for International Women's Day. She talks about a 'girl power moment' when her and a majority female team worked together for the first time to deliver on a successful release.
