Each Women’s History Month, Dollar General pauses to formally celebrate women making history and their contributions to the world. At Dollar General, we believe it is important to champion women at every stage of their career and life by providing opportunities for growth and support. Our Women’s Professional Network (WPN) is our largest Employee Resource Group at Dollar General. Comprised of women and their allies the WPN focuses on empowering women to advance members’ personal and professional lives through diversified connections, leadership opportunities and educational experiences. Throughout the month, we plan to share how DG is celebrating women and acknowledging how #HerHistoryisOurHistory.
