As a proud sponsor of the Fiesta Bowl Charities, we are humbled by their generous donation of $1 million to Arizona based non-profits to provide relief due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The donation will be utilized by 18 different non-profits in the valley to fill gaps for food services and youth programming. At DriveTime, giving back to our community is part of our DNA, and we are honored to have partnered with the Fiesta Bowl Organization to give back to teachers and schools across the valley.
As the COVID-19 situation unfolds, DriveTime and our family companies; Silverrock, and Bridgecrest, continue to put our employees at the top of our priority list. We are proud to partner with great organizations who support our employees and communities year round. Thank you to United Health Care, Teladoc, Optum, and Childcare Network for providing great customer service and resources for our employees.

As #WomensHistoryMonth continues, we want to extend our appreciation for all the inspirational women working at DriveTime! Felicia Keys, our Senior Assistant Director of Inventory, has been recognized as a trail blazer for her hard work and leadership in the inventory side of our business. Felicia has been with the company for over 5 years and has managed as many as 300 employees. How has DriveTime developed you into the leader you are today? Early in my career, DT gave me the opportunity to connect with other leaders throughout the organization and learn from their years of expertise, which has made me a better leader. As a female leader in the automotive field, how would you speak on the aspect of diversity within this industry and DriveTime? I think DT has always promoted diversity within the workplace. But when I started, the female population on the Reconditioning side was small. I am the 1st female AD within our group, and 1 of 3 female GM’s. However, we have a huge opportunity to encourage more females in this industry; every movement has a starting point, and ours is now!
Our first blood drive of 2020 was a success - we were able to provide enough blood to save over 81 lives! Giving back to our community and making a difference is in our DNA, and we are so grateful to have such great employees willing to help others. #DifferenceMakers #LifeatDriveTime
Happy #InternationalWomensDay to all of the amazing, inspiring women around the world. In celebration of this special day, we would like to highlight one of the many women we admire, Amelia Earhart. As the first female aviator to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean and receive many other accolades, Amelia Earhart set a powerful example for women everywhere. Earhart actively encouraged women to go against social norms and pursue their passions, especially in the aviation field. In 1929, she helped found the Ninety-Nines, an organization of female pilots, while also creating a functional clothing line in 1933 for active women. Amelia Earhart's legacy lives on as we continue to recognize and celebrate all women not just today, but every day. Women, like men, should try to do the impossible. And when they fail, their failure should be a challenge to others.- Amelia Earhart Photo credit: Getty Images
Happy #EmployeeAppreciationDay! We appreciate and value every single one of our employees not just today, but every day. We'd like to highlight our Employee Experience Team for working day in and day out to ensure all DriveTime family employees have the top notch experience they deserve. The "EE" Team got together to hold a professional development exercise to learn more about effective communication and how to best work together to get to our shared destination. As a collective group, they serve all of our 5,000 employees who continue to service the thousands of customers and communities we work with every day. The EE Team was able to take a step back to learn new things and appreciate one another for the difference they make every day, and we promote this across our family of companies. At DriveTime, we understand that we wouldn't be where we are as an organization without great employees, so thank you all for making DriveTime such a great place to work. #LifeatDriveTime #DifferenceMakers

Our team attended Transportation Day at Shepherd of the Valley Preschool and introduced the students to different types and modes of transportation! The kiddos loved our bright red truck and learning about different vehicles, but the toy car giveaways were the real winner. #TransportationDay #WhatDrivesYou
Our executive and senior leadership teams visited our Sahara and Decatur stores in Nevada after the 2020 NADA show in Las Vegas - what a great group of high-achieving employees! Thank you for your hard work and leadership. #LifeatDriveTime #nada2020
