“We believe in caring for our customers, patients, and one another, while valuing diversity, equity, and inclusion. In the marketplace, if we look at health disparities, our enterprise is unique because of our focus on and our presence in the communities we serve. Our employees’ commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion helps them to support each other and deliver innovative ways to empower our members and patients to access care in new, more convenient ways, leading to healthier choices. For example, we have teams translating important healthcare documents into different languages, so our members can have a greater understanding of what we provide and how to access it. We’re creating healthier futures for our communities.” - Abdou Bah, Vice President, Medicare Stars and Quality Management
