Tanya has worked in the D&I space for 8 years and has developed strategies and initiatives to recruit, develop and retain diverse employees.   • Equity Residential, along with our home support partner, Apartment List, engaged with Yetunde Price Resource Center (YPRC) in Compton, CA, a leading non-profit organization founded by Serena and Venus Williams. YPRC provides wrap-around resources to residents of all ages in the Compton community. Equity stepped up to support YPRC by providing two, rent-free apartments to Center members in need of safe and comfortable homes. Equity’s home support initiative is one more example of living our purpose: creating communities where people thrive and a reminder that our homes and families extend beyond our property lines. We are proud to be part of the larger tapestry of cities and neighborhoods in which we live, work and serve.
