Connections for Abused Women and their Children (CAWC) is an organization committed to ending domestic violence through empowerment and self-help. They provide shelter, counseling and advocacy for people affected by domestic violence, and this year Equity Residential was recognized as a Transformational Sponsor at the annual Sounds of Silence Gala, where supporters from throughout the community collectively raised over $265,000 and continued the conversation on a vitally important topic.
Every day, CAWC works hard to end domestic violence through life-saving programs and services. At Equity Residential, we are proud to stand with them.

Not only do we care about the amazing residents who live with us, but we also care about the extraordinary communities we have the pleasure of being a part of.
Here the Boston market is partnering with Christopher's Haven Meal Service and providing meals to children and families who are in the area undergoing treatment for pediatric cancer.
