We are proud to unveil the Firstsource STEM Program in collaboration with Bhumi. A program to provide STEM education to children from underrepresented communities, that is wholly funded by contributions from Firstsourcers! This is an educational initiative that empowers grades 6-9 students with 21st century skills in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).

Tarik Aboussir, VP – Operations, has been a part of Firstsource for over 20 years, beginning his career as an associate, fresh out of college and progressing through the ranks to lead large operations teams.
