Three remarkable female colleagues have recently shared their inspiring and touching stories . • Regina Mary from Flex PTP shared a deeply touching story on how she battled stage-3 cancer while at the same time, coping with the tragic death of her eldest son. Regina also revealed how Flex supported her through her darkest hour in life – thanks to her colleagues and manager who encouraged, motivated and empowered her. Today, Regina has emerged stronger than before and has even taken on a new role in the IT department. • Roshadiyantie Binti Mohd from Flex Senai spoke about career growth opportunities at Flex and how Flex provides a Family-like atmosphere at the workplace. Adding a dash of romance to the TV interview, Roshadiyantie also revealed that she met her husband at Flex. • Ho Soo San, Head of HR (Johor), shared how Flex provides equal career opportunities, embraces diversity and inclusion, creates a respectful work environment and helps women achieve their dreams.
