As the novel coronavirus dominates the news, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) will be quietly turning ten. A lot of what we are seeing today, such as states that operate their own marketplaces opening up special enrollment windows allowing uninsured to get coverage as the virus spreads, is possible because of the ACA.
