    SF startup makes new office a home with no-shoes policy

    A wall of cubbies filled with shoes greets visitors to Gusto's new headquarters at San Francisco's Pier 70. As the 275 workers pad around their ginormous space, they sport socks, slippers or bare feet; visitors are offered disposable paper slippers.

    Orton Development's historic waterfront rehab at Pier 70 in San Francisco scores another big tenant, Gusto, and is now fully leased - San Francisco Business Times

    Gusto is swapping SoMa for the Dogpatch. The company, which handles employee benefits for small businesses, recently inked a 10-year, 50,000-square-foot lease in Orton Development's rehab of Pier 70. "We wanted to be in an area that is growing and we wanted to be here earlier than later," said Josh Reeves, Gusto's CEO.
