    A trend toward hiring "new collar" tech workers with less than a four-year college degree spurred by IBM CEO Ginni Rometty two years ago appears to be slowly gaining ground, a new report found. Tech employers are becoming more open to applicants without a bachelor's degree on their resume as long as they have the skill set necessary to do the job, a ZipRecruiter study found.
