This April and May, we brought our mission beyond the office. For the first time ever, Indeed hosted Indeed Impact Month, a full month of volunteering events and activities designed to make giving back fun, accessible, and meaningful for Indeedians around the world. The results speak for themselves: 145 Indeedians logged 2,380 volunteer hours across 24 events in all three regions. Teams picked up litter across Düsseldorf, Zürich, and Dublin; supported senior citizens at a community dinner; volunteered with the Toronto Humane Society; and contributed to seabird conservation. Whatever the cause, Indeedians showed up in ways that went far beyond their job titles. One moment that stood out: in Scottsdale, our Job Squad and Veterans & Allies Inclusion Business Resource Group (IBRG) hosted a job search workshop for military job seekers and their spouses. Of the 10 attendees, 9 applied for roles on the spot, and 2 have interviews at Indeed. That's our mission in action.
Indeed recently launched Jobs Need People, a new campaign built around a powerful idea: jobs need people just as much as people need jobs. This campaign reflects something we believe deeply at Indeed. Hiring works better when people come first. Behind every job posting is a team looking for the right person, and behind every resume is a person looking for opportunity, purpose, and connection. Learn more about Indeed’s next chapter from Indeed’s CMO, James Whitemore.
If you visit an Indeed office, you might notice an empty orange chair in our conference rooms. No one sits in it. It represents the job seeker. The chair serves as a reminder that in product and business discussions, someone should be asking: What would the person in that chair think? Does this make their experience better? Our Group Vice President of Product, Vikram Subramaniam, shares how our “job seeker first” principle guides how we build and make decisions. Because when we help people get jobs, we’ve also helped an employer make a hire. Read the full article now.

Welcome to Stamford Elm, Indeed’s new address in Stamford, Connecticut, a reimagined space designed to support collaboration, focus, and flexibility across teams. After years in the city, we're excited to turn the page on a new chapter right in the heart of downtown. Great work starts with great people, and great people deserve a space where they can do their most meaningful work. Stamford Elm spans two connected buildings, each thoughtfully designed to support the way we work. From the Clock Tower, home to shared amenities like learning spaces, community hubs, game rooms, and our own barista station, to the Bar Building, where focused collaboration and dedicated team neighborhoods come to life, every corner of this campus was built with our people in mind. We're proud to put down deeper roots in Stamford, a city that continues to grow as a vibrant hub for business and innovation. We look forward to being part of that story for years to come.
