In recognition of National Disability Employment Awareness Month this October, we proudly feature our very own Aaron Inocencio. Aaron has been a valuable member of the Level5 family since 2019, delivering creative work as well as business systems and software solutions. Thank you Aaron for sharing with us what this month means to you. “This month means a lot to me because more people need to highlight the great capabilities and innovation that people living with disabilities possess. Employers have to think creatively and tactfully about making employees feel included, and give them room to improve, grow and contribute. At the end of the day, it’s all about how employees with disabilities can fit in to your organization and get the support they need to thrive in the workplace.” #ndeam2021 #disabilityinclusion
