NJ Agency Is Creating a Coaching Culture Not every organization can be as dominant in their field as the Chicago Bulls were in the 1990s. But every organization can strive for greater success leveraging a coaching culture. And one thing more than any other is essential for building teams that don’t just win but continue to get better year after year. Coaching. That means recruiting employees who want to be coached. And making sure that managers see themselves, first and foremost, as coaches. At Marketsmith Inc., a New Jersey marketing agency with a client roster focused on DTC brands, we continue to grow based on a coaching culture, that puts employee growth at our core.
Today we recognize several employees celebrating milestone anniversaries on #teammsi. Thank you to Vince, Ed-Michael, Tony, David and Jason for their 5-years of support and dedication and to Donald for 10-years of keeping us on our toes! We appreciate all that you do and we thank you for all your hard work and unwavering commitment. You personify #growthmindset and the mission of #MSI. #employeeappreciation #employee #MSI #marketing #NJ

At Marketsmith, it is our nature to be solution-minded and continually expect the unexpected. There's no doubt that we have all been impacted personally and professionally by the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic. As an agile agency, we enter even these uncertain times with a deep sense of optimism for ourselves, our clients and our world.
Marketsmith’s favorite songs to keep you workin’ while social distancing. Everyone has their favorite work playlist. In the days of remote working, MSI collaborated on our favorite “work” songs. On a normal day at Marketsmith, you can find a variety of music being piped through our AirPods, noise-cancelling headphones, and Bluetooth speakers. Now that our team is working remotely as we get through the COVID-19 pandemic, the headphones have come off. In some cases, the microphones and air guitars have come out. Music is a common language. It helps unite us in ways that transcend boundaries; it gives us a chance to forge relationships in a whole new way. We worked together to come up with some of our favorite work songs – yes, songs about work. Our work at Marketsmith is what brought us all together, but it’s music that has allowed us to really get to know one another. You can work alongside us by checking out our collaborative Spotify playlist and let us know if we missed your favorite work song.
