As the M&M’S Store Director in Bloomington, MN, he reinforces our values by fostering an open, inclusive, and fun work environment every day. “It’s so important for everyone to feel seen, heard, and respected in the workplace,” he shares. “Associates are empowered to bring their whole self to work and are encouraged to showcase their pronouns on their nametags at our stores. Meet Tamiya, a recent graduate who participated in our Junior Maintenance Technician program in partnership with Columbus State Community College. She’s just joined us full-time as a Maintenance Area Coordinator out of our Columbus, Ohio site. On her journey at Mars thus far, she says: “Mars provides me opportunities to choose my own path. It allows me to be me and to find out who I am as I enter the workforce. Mars has been very supportive of my goals and has encouraged me to grow and learn.
