2022 is the year of action as we activate our mission to be actively #antiracist at Qualtrics. In the words of Sharon a Specialist on the Technical Account Manager team and a member of MosaiQ, "Placing an emphasis on DEI initiatives and exemplifying antiracist values are imperative steps for any company that wants to succeed in an increasingly competitive market. These efforts can improve a company’s reputation and overall influence. When companies engage in the promotion and implementation of DEI and antiracism, society follows." Today marks the beginning of Black History Month in the US. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in how the Qualtrics team operates, and understanding history is key to creating an inclusive company culture that exceeds the experience in the world around us. Check out this blog by Manny Foster, Senior Analyst on the Sales Training and Enablement Team and Vice President of MosaiQ, about how Qualtrics is taking action as we continue to do the work it takes to be actively anti-racist and DEI-focused in 2022.
We are excited to share our score of 95/100 on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index for 2022. “Pursuing our Human Rights Campaign Certification and publicly sharing our results shows our commitment to transparency and accountability when it comes to equality for our LGBTQ+ employees.” - Farren Roper, Qualtrics’ Global Head of DEI Read more about the rating in a blog post below, written by Sam Schmitz, Global Employee Resource Group Leader for the LGBTQ+ community at Qualtrics.
Farren, our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead, penned a letter in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We are proud to be recognized with a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award, for the Best Places to Work in 2022. Based on the voluntary, anonymous reviews from our employees on Glassdoor, it takes into consideration their overall satisfaction with Qualtrics as an employer as well as factors like career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and values, senior management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and work/life balance. As a company that values Transparency (see our TACOS values) and has a culture of designing, measuring, and improving the employee experience based on employee feedback, we are grateful that Qualtricians choose to share their experiences externally as well. Giving us another opportunity to listen to our employees and to find meaningful opportunities to improve the employee experience.
For the 2nd year, we have been included on BuiltIn's Best Places to Work list. With offices in Provo, Seattle, Dallas, Raleigh, Chicago, New York, and Washington DC, being included reflects on our commitment to employee experiences worth having.
We couldn't be more thrilled for our co-headquarters and center of Engineering, Seattle! They've had a clean sweep in Built In's annual awards, winning Best Places to Work, Best Large Companies to Work For, Best Paying Companies, and Best Benefits.
