Jonathan, Educational Consultant, and his Renaissance coworkers recently attended a Sales Kick-Off event in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. "I didn't think it was possible for a workplace to be a safe space, but it is. Genuine care for employees as human beings is possible for a company, and Renaissance is proof", says Lucinda, Customer Support Representative and recent new hire. From the very start, Lucinda felt that our recruitment and onboarding processes helped set them up for success. Professionalism, clear communication, expectation setting, and kindness go a long way - so kudos to our Renaissance teams for always putting our people first.

Good times for a great cause! This year, Renaissance sponsored a FOCUS Neighborhood Meals event in the Wisconsin Rapids, WI area. Here's a special shout out to our employee volunteers who proudly served meals (and smiles) to all guests in attendance.
It's National Intern Day! Here's a shout out to our Renaissance interns who are making a difference. We asked Emily, Government Affairs intern: what's your favorite part about interning for Renaissance? Her answer: the environment! "It's my favorite part about this experience, as it allows me to learn and grow without being afraid to ask for help. Everyone wants me to succeed and learn, which has allowed me to do just that."
Alongside Fairygodboss, Renaissance is a strong advocate for equality, fairness, and allyship in the workplace. Just ask Chastity, Director of Content Quality & DEI. To her, allyship is "using oneβs influence - and privilege - to support anotherβs fair treatment and advancement." She feels that Renaissance does a great job at encouraging allyship, accepting employee feedback, and "listening before acting".
