    Marissa Tarleton replacing Cotter Cunningham as RetailMeNot CEO - Austin Business Journal

    Marissa Tarleton will take the helm as CEO of RetailMeNot Inc. on Jan. 7, the Austin-based digital-coupon company announced on Thursday. She has been RetailMeNot's chief marketing officer since 2015. Current CEO and founder Cotter Cunningham will become company chairman, according to the announcement.
