Our nearly 20,000-strong team has been integrated into Metropolis, which continues as a founder-controlled, private company led by CEO Alexander Israel. We are excited to combine forces and bring Metropolis’s computer vision technology to enable checkout-free experiences to more than 50 million consumers in North America, processing over $4 billion in payments a year. We are excited for the road ahead, and we’re just getting started.

This Earth Day, we’re happy to announce that in 2023, operating a fleet of more than 1450 shuttle buses across the country, we transported over 65,000,000 travelers. We are happy to announce seven new Sphere™ locations launched in snowy Beaver Creek, CO, in late November, 2023. These seven locations: Elk Lot, Bear Lot, Little Bear Lot, Wolf Lot, Ford Hall Garage, Villa Montane Garage, and the Vail Maintenance Lot are a mix of garage facilities and surface lots, with 16 Entry/Exit Lanes. The property now features eight new Sphere Express Terminals and nine Express Pedestals with intercoms and card readers. SP+ has been named to Forbes annual list of America’s Best Small Companies. Forbes screened more than 1,000 companies with a market value between $300 million and $2 billion to identify 541 companies that had positive sales growth over the past 12 months and a share price of at least $5. The ranking is based on earnings growth, sales growth, return on equity and total stock return for the latest 12 months and over the last five years, with more weight given to the latest year’s data.
