From orientation to inspiration: Welcoming our newest interns to the SelectQuote family🎉 We have officially kicked off our 2024 Summer #Internship Program! We are excited to announce that 24 Interns will be joining different divisions throughout SelectQuote for this 12-week program. This week, the #SelectQuoteFoundation had a grand award ceremony for two amazing organizations within the Kansas City Community ❤️ Matt Gunter, SelectQuote Chief Experience Officer, presented a check to Junior Achievement of Greater Kansas City to sponsor the SelectQuote storefront and provide volunteers for future events. Additionally, Matt presented a check to the Love Fund For Children for Children for their STEM Enrichment Summer Program. With this grant, the program will fund a field trip to Science City and provide uniforms for the children before they return to school! The SelectQuote Foundation is delighted to contribute to bettering the surrounding communities of KC. We look forward to seeing the positive impact that these two organizations will have on all recipients.

Last month, #SelectQuote assisted in sponsoring Howard University College of Engineering, Architecture and Computer Sciences as they hosted their first Computer Science hackathon, BisonBytes. This 24-hour coding competition allowed students to create a product around a topic. Thank you to James Shropshire, VP of Technology Operations, Richard Spearman, Supervisor of System Administration, and Roger Weaver, Director of IT Security, who attended this event on behalf of SelectQuote! "I had an amazing time seeing the innovative ways the students implemented their ideas in the selected industry tracks. I was equally impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of the presentations given the contracted time frame to architect and build out their solutions. This event has tremendous recruiting potential for SelectQuote exposing our organization to high-quality candidates working in cutting-edge disciplines," Richard Spearman, MBA.

Recently, SelectQuote celebrated the start of the AEP Sales Season by hosting its annual kick-off party for our sales team! 🎉 ”The Senior Division met on October 5th to yell 'GAME ON' as our busy AEP season approaches.
