As you step into the dojo, empty your mind, be formless, shapeless - like water. The purpose of the sdg's Biz Dev Dojo is to provide leaders across practices at sdg with an understanding of sdg's sales process. Our 2018 group completed their Kata and are excited to put their new learnings into practice.

We held our spring company meeting this past week. It's always great to get together with all of the consultants and catch up on life, get an update on sdg, and also practice our core values by donating to Read Indeed. It wouldn't be a company meeting without a surprise at the end. We did the most Minnesotan thing ever and had a "meat raffle" at the Metropolitan Ballroom.

One of our core values is responsible corporate citizenship and our team loves to spend time together helping others. Recently, part of our team volunteered at the local Ronald McDonald House making dinner for the families. We were honored to be invited to be a part of the wonderful mission to provide a comfortable and caring home-away-from-home that supports keeping families together and reduces stress during a child’s serious illness.
