Spectrum and the Hispanic Federation recently partnered to open a Learning Lab at the Federation's headquarters in Manhattan's Financial District. The Learning Lab, which is one of more than two dozen already serving diverse communities, will be a space to help students apply for college, provide assistance with health insurance applications, and hold in-person and online seminars to teach digital literacy.
