Since our founding, we’ve had an explicit focus on representation of women in places where they’ve historically been on the margins—particularly in technical roles and leadership. We are proud to say that women represent more than 40% of our technical employees (compared to an industry average of ~25%) and more than 50% of our managers and senior leaders. Admittedly, we still have work to do when it comes to race and ethnicity, particularly in terms of the representation of Black and Latinx talent in leadership, and understanding representation beyond the women/men gender binary. As we honor Women’s History Month, we are also celebrating the way Stitch Fix represents women.
