From refurbishing bikes for charity to heating things up with our annual chili cook-off and a Chili for Charity event, we’ve had a season full of giving, fun, and friendly competition. Add in a lively trivia night and our Ugly Sweater Contest, and we've ended 2024 on a high note!
What a summer! Highlights include happy hours at The Stained Glass Pub and Eagle 5 Golf, our 2nd Meat-a-Palooza competition, and an Oktoberfest Steinholding contest at HQ! We also sponsored 3 charity golf events, crowned a chess champ, and gave back through Operation Paperback. ⛳🍻📚
The summer is sizzling at Synergist! To kick off the season we held a sunny #FreeLunchThursday at the pavilion, complete with frozen custard! Last month we also celebrated a Washington Post Top Workplace Award and engaged in some spirited competition in support of PTSD treatment.
This month, Synergist held a donation drive for the MD SPCA, hosted our 1st ever Dip-Off at HQ, attended a charity night Orioles Game at Camden Yards, watched the Washington Mystics from our suite, and enjoyed some great pizza and brews at a company happy hour. We've been busy!
Spring flew by with a whirlwind of activities at Synergist! We teed off for a good cause at two charity golf tournaments, celebrated Cinco de Mayo at HQ, hosted our first-ever blood drive, and clinched 2nd place from Baltimore Business Journal's Best Places to Work! 🎉
April was bustling with community outreach! We continued our commitment to making lunches for Grassroots Crisis Intervention, supported Casey Cares' Biggest Pajama Party, and ran in the AFCEA CMD Race for Excellence 5K for STEM scholarships. Plus, we kicked off our first pavilion #FreeLunchThursday of the year and our first Annual Security Awareness Week! 🔒✨
Last month was a blast! From our Synergist Annual Party to celebrating Employee Appreciation Day and Pi Day, it was filled with delicious food, drinks, entertainment, and fun! Plus, enjoying events from our Capital One Arena suite. 🎉🍕

Revamped the SnackShack at Synergist HQ, kicked off the first #FLT of the new year with nutritious salads (and sammies!), celebrated a 3-time Fantasy Football champ, and had a blast with fantastic entertainment in our Capital One suite. 2024 is kicking off on a high note! 🌟
