The Synergist Annual Party was back this past weekend with a bang! Thank you to all of our employees and guest who came out for a night of delicious food, drinks, dancing, magic & fun! We especially loved the take-home caricature drawings as a little party souvenir and the employee-made custom Synergist ties!
In January we were able to bring everyone together for our 2023 All Hands meeting, the first since 2020! This meeting has inspired and energized us to go after some big goals this year. We are so grateful for this team and all the incredible people who make working at Synergist so awesome.

We hosted a festive happy hour, claimed another Top Workplace award from The Baltimore Sun, collected donations for Annapolis Lighthouse, had a White Elephant gift exchange at HQ, a hot cocoa bar, and many fun events at our Capital One Arena suite.
