—30+ days agoIn 2020, Target formed our Racial Equity Action and Change (REACH) committee to accelerate our work on advancing racial equity and creating lasting, systemic change for our Black guests, team members and communities. Today we're announcing a new chapter in that strategy - a scholarship program that will support students at more than a dozen Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

—30+ days agoInternal events are an important part of how Target is growing it's engineering culture and gives folks an opportunity to learn and do things in new and different ways. An example would be the CODEred Hack event held on June 28 where 160+ engineers from across Target converged on Target Plaza Commons to spend 6 hours bringing an idea to (hopefully) life.
