Taking Pride in Every Detail. Dalton D., a general merchandise expert team member at T-1072 Colombus NE in Ohio, has spent over 50 hours using an estimated 2,500 LEGO pieces to build a miniature version of his store. Dalton has been at his store for more than three years, and knew he wanted to build something from his life that fit the official LEGO modular building size. His Target was an obvious choice. The most challenging part of his project? Shrinking the 143,000-square-foot store’s façade. That required editing out a few original features of the store – like its second set of doors and benches. But Dalton made sure to include his favorite parts and his favorite people. To celebrate National LEGO Day and help this creation become an official LEGO set, consider checking out Dalton’s original submission to LEGO Ideas and supporting him with your vote. Last week, our team was back in New York City for the NRF 26’ Retail’s Big Show. For years, Target has supported this conference as a key sponsor and partner, and this year was as exciting as over. NRF continues to be an energizing mix of community building and internship recruiting, and it was great to reconnect with students interested in the future of retail. After the conference, we had the opportunity to sit down with Taylor B., a Sr. Recruiter who attended the conference, to reflect on her favorite part of the week: “I had the opportunity to lead a dynamic experience for 20+ students attending NRF this year. We provided transportation to the Times Square Target store and pulled back the curtain on what continued growth looks like behind the scenes. Connecting with students, hearing their questions, and sharing our passion for retail made the experience so exciting.” Connecting with students’ passion and curiosity is what keeps us coming back, and we hope many of them find their future at Target. Proud of this team and the impact they made this year.

New Year, New Energy, Same Commitment to Well-Being ✨ As we step into 2026, many of us are setting new goals — maybe it’s to move more, rest better, eat well, or simply pause and breathe. At Target, we believe wellness starts with access — making sure every team member can care for themselves and their families with ease, flexibility, and support. 💪❤️ That’s why our hourly team members are eligible for health benefits starting at 25 hours per week, demonstrating industry-leading commitment to expanding healthcare access in retail. And with CirrusMD, Target team members can connect instantly with a doctor — anytime, anywhere — 24/7, even on holidays. No waiting rooms. No copays. Just quick, confidential, chat-based care when it’s needed most. And our team loves it. “It was very helpful to have a doctor on hand and get a professional opinion instead of just searching online... and to get prescribed medication without having to wait and schedule an in-person appointment.” -Anonymous Team Member Review Here’s to a year of health, connection, and care — for ourselves, our teams, and our communities.

From Service to Supply Chain: Chris W.’s Story of Growth and Gratitude This week was Veteran’s Day, and we’re proud to recognize Chris W., a Target team member and U.S. Army veteran who brings his dedication and discipline to Target’s Supply Chain team in Tifton, GA. “When I got out of the military, I knew I wanted something stable with benefits that I could make a career out of,” Chris shared with us. “From what I heard, Target was a great place to work.” Chris started his journey as a warehouse team member in 2022, quickly becoming a trainer thanks to his leadership and attention to detail—qualities Chris credits to his military background. Now, as a Maintenance Technician Trainee, he’s on track to complete his training and aims to advance to MT3 Mechanic, the highest level of mechanic in a supply chain facility. He credits much of his success to his Target mentors, Nancy S. and Russ S., who, as Chris put it, “took me under their wing when they didn’t have to. Everyone here wants you to succeed, and Nancy and Russ were a huge component to my success.” When he’s not on the floor, Chris is a proud husband and dad—enjoying sports with his kids and raising chicken and quail in the yard. This Veterans Day, and every day, we thank Chris, and all our team members who have served. ❤️🤍💙 #VeteransDay #TeamTarget #LifeAtTarget #SupplyChainCareers
