This year, we launched UST Circle, our DEI talk series and mentorship platform for women, in the UK! We founded UST Circle with a mission to empower women to reach their potential. This panel featured an incredible team of UST employees and industry leaders discussing how to improve the representation of women in CXO and leadership roles.
Our teams recently celebrated UST's 24th Foundation Day, reflecting on our journey from a team of 14 to over 30,000 working together in offices that span the globe. Our new office in Hyderabad, India is officially open! We're thrilled to have a new space that fosters innovation, collaboration and well-being for our team members as we continue to grow. The office will accommodate over 2,000 employees and act as a center for innovative research and development in emerging technologies. UST’s week of exploring the future of generative AI at D3 2023 took place at our campus in Trivandrum earlier this month! Here’s a few insights shared at our annual technology conference. 💡 1️⃣ We can use AI to predict, forecast and classify while we use gen AI to generate and create, but not to search. 2️⃣ Enterprise AI will mix traditional AI with generative solutions. 3️⃣ Gen AI is not human intelligence. Each year, UST invites some of the brightest students for India’s largest 24-hour student hackathon competition: D3CODE. The event empowers talent and the next generation of digital engineers to experiment, innovate and develop innovative solutions.
