Our Commitment to Employees A new direction for Vail Resorts, starting with an incremental $175 million annual investment into the employee experience. This includes a new $20 per hour minimum wage across all of our 37 North American resorts. Combined with our continuous investments into the guest experience, we are focused on fully delivering on our mission.
How does a lifelong love of skiing or snowboarding begin? An introduction to the sport from other passionate skiers and snowboarders, in addition to the gear, lessons, and access needed to participate. Vail Resorts is committed to removing barriers to entry and creating a more inclusive sport through its Epic for Everyone youth access program.
Mental health is a critical part of our overall health and wellness. We are pleased to share a New Mental Health Program for all team members, regardless of whether they are enrolled in our healthcare plan or not. Including: free therapy for employees and their Roommates/Dependents, new therapy options, expanded clinical network, a new mindfulness app, and Professional Wellness Coaching.
