Really amazing to see Chris Stapleton volunteering his time to help those impacted by the flooding in Kentucky. He drove his trailer overnight from Nashville and visited Store 696 in Prestonsburg to purchase pallets of supplies he then personally delivered to surrounding communities - generators, shop vacs, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning items and gift cards. Store Manager Brad said Chris was so down to earth and took the time to talk and take pictures with our customers. Brad is also volunteering today delivering food to local first responders. It’s inspiring to see how the community is supporting the recovery efforts underway and how Walmart and our associates play a big role in that relief. Thank you!
When Walmart's InHome was piloted in 2019 before the COVID-19 pandemic, we had no idea just how useful it would become. When the service grew from strictly functional to friendly—with customers making meaningful connections with their regular delivery associates—we knew it was something special. Read how Whitney Pegden and her team helped create and grow our tech-powered grocery-delivery service with a personal touch.

Congratulations to the summer interns on a 10-8 win over the execs during the annual Interns vs. Executives softball game! We had a few assorted aches and pains after the game, but it was still a lot of fun. Thanks for being with us this summer!
