Interviews were great. Accenture has excellent people and hiring processes in place. Interviews are largely focused on behavioral responses, however skill set is vitally important. Interviews have done there research on your the interviewee's skill prior to extending an interview. Be prepared.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
