Interview
This is perhaps the most unprofessional invterview process I would have gone through.
I applied to their website sometimes in May '10.
Got the first interview call in July '10.
Never received the call.
Again another HR called me to schedule the interview.
This time I did receive the call.
The questions asked were pretty normal to a bit difficult.
I was told that my feedback would be uploaded in the system and the next round would be telephonic only and I would receive the call within the next one week.
The one week never appeared!!
I called the original HR back after a month or so to know what the status was and to my surprise they said they don't even have access to the system!!!! I urged them to find my profile and somehow they got back with it.
I was told that my status went on hold because there were no requirements!!!!!!!!
After around 2 months I got a call back from some other HR informing me that there was a requirement and I had to upload the required documents(within the same day). I had received the call in the afternoon and had to upload the documents by evening. I told the HR that I didn't have any personal mail access and needed some time to mail the documents back. The HR became adamant and even threatened to revoke my application.
I mailed him all the documents after 2 days when I had the access.
I was told that I would receive the call for discussion pay package, but surprise surprise.... Some another HR mailed me saying that currently there were no requirements at the present.
Again after 15 days, I got the call from them telling me that they had requirements and would like to process my CV.
God knows when would the cat and mouse game ever end....
Please stay out of this company for sure.....
Don't know if they consider the candidates as vegetables in the market or as goats and sheep who would do anything to jump from another company... Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!
first round is a Technical round , easy to indermediate questions like variable , oops concept and pointers, basic data design and basic coding in python and hr round, salary discussion ,location , shift timing ect
