I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2010
Interview
I got the interview through a university career fair. The interview was really informal, overall, and they were really helpful in answering questions that I had. Ultimately, I did not get the job, so I might not be in the best position to offer advice. However, I would just recommend to be as prepared as possible (research company, practice answers to generic questions, etc).
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.
Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
