Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Atlanta, GA Dec 2010 – Reviewed Mar 14, 2012
Interview Details – This hiring procewss is smooth from start to finish. Interview was moderate in difficulty. They ask a lot of situational questions about problem solving and time handling. There appears to be a large focus on customer service in the interview. The interview included two people. One was apporachable and the other seemed like they had better things to do then spend an hour with me. The office workers appeared friendly to one another and professional. It was a quiet office when I went in.

Negotiation Details – There really was no negotiation in my salary. I was told how much I would make and if it was acceptable. I really had nothing to bargain with, especially with Georgia being an at will state.
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 2 weeks.
