I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Allstate in Feb 2011
Interview
Initial communication with the company involved meeting with a recruiter at college career fair. Was given an interview that afternoon and met with multiple HR reps for behavioral interview and interview with questions more geared towards the position. The interviews were short, interviewers were incredibly nice and patient, and they were very easy to talk to.
