I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Wellington, FL) in Aug 2010
Interview
On Sunday I went for a group interview for the Apple Specialist Position... There was about 15 people... They held interviews at 3 different times of the day, 9,11 and 3. We were told they were hiring for all three stores... Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington and Boca Raton. All we did is sit in a circle and they asked questions... I spoke up and answered a lot of their questions, I also cracked some jokes because they like people that can have fun... They asked about some life experiences with customers and employees that dont give it their all... Some people didn't even say a word... No call back for them... Then they pulled us out one by one at the end and told us they would be in touch during the week... So I'm waiting for a second interview.

Question 1
Describe a situation in which you confronted a co-worker that wasn't giving a 100% about the job!
It’s a very long process so have patience. Sometimes they will give you feedback but if you are external you will just receive a turn down email. Keep applying. Apple says it’s not a NO. It’s a not now and that’s very true.
Famously competitive as always, my odds were better since I kept updating my resume whenever I was on the job search. They reached out to me first by email, I completed an application, and then had three rounds of interviews in total.
