Interview
A day after I dropped off my application with the store manager, she contacted me to set up a 1:1 interview for the next day. The process was quick and I could tell they were looking to fill the position immediately. I went in for the interview which took place in the store, she asked me questions about my previous positions and what I had learned from them. The questions were focused on how important customer service and suggestive selling are and how I would reach my monthly sales goal. After the question portion, she gave me three scenarios on types of customers and asked me to choose appropriate clothing for each lady.
My interviewer was friendly but she seemed eager to speed through the process.

What is the most positive way that you can represent BCBG as a company?
The interview process involved a few in-person meetings, primarily with the store manager. From start to finish, things moved at a good pace — I wasn't left waiting around wondering where things stood. The conversations felt genuine and the overall experience was positive. It was clear they valued my time throughout the process.

They make you try to sell as many clothes as a test - at least for the BCBC Maxazria Outlet in Commerce, California. They had me meet with an associate manager and ask about your previous sales experience.
