Interview
Initial interview consisted of meeting with the current director of communications, investments. Started with basic HR questions, then moved on to industry talk.
Second and final interview consisted of presenting a business case to the VP.

Interview
I had two rounds of interviews. The director and staff are completely rigid. I would not work for this company. Work environment seems hostile. They wanted a third interview but I declined because director seems crazy.
