I applied for the position online and got a call from a hiring manager about 3-4 weeks later. She asked me a few basic questions (like why I want to be in sales, if I plan on staying in the area) and gave me a brief description of the position and what the company does. I was then asked to come in for a 1:1 interview and accepted. When I went in I met with a sales manager I believe. He was friendly and the interview wasn't bad. Although, I felt like I was getting asked question after question, with little conversation in between. The questions were pretty basic except I had to write on a white board (which threw me off a bit) 5 things I'm looking for in a company. After learning that the hours basically would be from 7:30-6 everyday and that I would be driving around Atlanta just cold-calling and walking in unexpectedly to businesses I decided not to go through the next step of the process even though I was offered.
