had to answer variuos easy questions about self in a groups situation, had to pair up and find out interesting facts about the other person and then feedback to the group. then were given a toy and had to sell it to the group. this was followed by a 1:1 interview which was compentency based, the job offer was made here
The interview process overall was really smooth, clear on the next steps and a decided was made very quickly. One of the best experiences I have had during the interview process
phone call 20 minutes, followed by in person group interview. phone call was general questions relatively easy. in person was more difficult as had to sell products given to you on the spot
I've interviewed twice, how formal it is seems to be based on the manager interviewing you. Had to do a phone interview before then doing an in person one in store.
