I knew some people that worked for Deloitte ERS so my interview process was more informal and shortened than is probably typical - I spoke with a Senior Manager I knew in a more 'off the record' manner as he offered to be a sounding board for any thoughts/concerns/questions I had to help me make my employment decision.
Someone from their Talent/HR department also reached out to me similarly - but it felt more like they were making a sales pitch to me (explaining what the company did, the types of projects and clients, etc). I did of course go over my own experience but it was more conversational and did not really even feel like an interview.
Looking back, I do wish I would have been put in contact with people that wound up being based out of my office and on my team - one of the managers at the time called me and gave me a 'phone interview' but she seemed really distracted and didn't really do much on that call. (She wound up quitting two months later).

No case interviews. All behavioral questions. first round-phone interviews, second round-on-site interviews. One candidate talks to two interviewers-one PPD, one manager. Other consultants were assisting the whole process. Also provided opportunities to talk to other candidates.
