Interview
I initially got a phone interview, which consisted of basic questions. I surpassed the phone interview and they recommended a 1:1 interview. The interviewer was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Most of the questions consisted of STAR scenario, which I did very well. After, I got the position on the spot.

Easy enough. District HR is very nice...and that's about it. Straight forward process. They go over your background with the Director of Ops. He tells you what the situation is and what will be expected of you.

Interview
My first interview was flawless, and was told I was going to the second interview.
Was called the next day for the second interview for the following day.
I was interviewed by the district manager, whom off the bat did not like me.
He said I was certainly qualified but he wasn't looking for that, he wanted to know if I could handle people?????
Well that is all I do.
I am a woman and he has all men managers? Hmm is there a problem there?
