Interview Details – Basically they took us in a room (10 interviewees) and we took turns answering the question. We had to raise our hand to answer questions and he was looking for participation. After going over the company, he asked 4 of us to stay behind to "fill in missing parts of our application" and dismissed the others. Essentially we were offered the jobs. Had to fill out additional new hire paperwork. The whole process took about 1 hour 15 minutes.
Interview Questions
- What would you do if a customer asked you about an item and you were new to the store? Answer Question
- What would you do if you saw a peer stealing from the store? Answer Question
- Name a time where you went above and beyond for a customer. Answer Question
- Have you ever had a conflict with a peer? If so, how did you handle it? Answer Question
- Why do you want to work for Kohl's? Why not Walmart or somewhere else? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There was really no negotiation.
