I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ruby Tuesday (Sarasota, FL) in Oct 2009
Interview
I got hired on the spot, it was the easiest interview I had ever had. It actually wasn't really much of an interview come to think of it. All it consisted of was, "What happened with your last job? Oh, ok, well, when can you start? I can guarantee that you will make this much money, this is your uniform requirement, show up tomorrow at 9 with these forms of ID." That was it.

Question 1
Can you elaborate on the reasons why you left your last job?
Came into the restaurant and was interviewed in the lobby while closed . Interview was very short. I wasn’t hired. Location has since closed. I think I was too young to work there legally.
Manager was relaxed, environment was welcoming. The whole thing felt very typical but pretty much what you would expect being interviewed at a restaurant. Expectations were clear and matched what the job entailed.
Very casual, talked about my experience and see if I would be a good fit for the position. Based on how well I interacted with the interviewer. The person was very kind and caring through the whole conversation.
